Donald G. Esse
has decades of experience in financial risk management. He earned an MBA in Management and a BA in Accounting from San Francisco State University. He is the Senior Operations Financial Analyst for SamTrans, a public transit agency serving San Mateo County, California. He has been working at SamTrans since 1998. Before his current position, he was the Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst for Scitex Digital Video, Inc., the Accounting Manager/Project Manager at Mock Resources, Inc., and the Supervising Gas Accountant, at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) where he verified and authorized payment of the natural gas purchased and transported by PG&E, approximately $2.5 billion per year. He was utilized as an expert witness for PG&E in several cases before the California Public Utilities Commission, he also worked on energy and financial forecasting, and was a Supervisor in the Accounts Payable department.

Cherie Sanchez is an accomplished health care professional with over 25 years' experience in practice management, reimbursement, coding, billing, risk management, and quality assurance. She has experience working in a broad range of specialties and health plans, which enhances her knowledge. It is Cherie's mission to ensure all the latest regulations are implemented, and every dollar is collected in the ever-changing world of Medical Billing. For Cherie, this is not just a job; it is a passion that she enjoys sharing with others.

Lisa Tze-Polo, BSN, RN
practices as an acute care medical-surgical oncology nurse, with experience that spans for 20 years in the hospital setting. Since 2004 she has been a Co-Investigator for multiple nursing research studies for SCAL Kaiser Permanente Nursing Research. Current member of the Oncology Nursing Society, Health Information and Management Systems Society, and member of the Association California Nurse Leaders. Conference Podium and Poster presentations include: Sigma Theta Tau, Western Institute of Nursing, and Association of California Nurse Leaders.

Patrick Reichenberger
Mr. Reichenberger currently serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of AltiBio, Inc., which he co-founded in early 2017. Prior to AltiBio, he started and led global Commercial Operations at Raptor Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Horizon Pharma), where he prepared and launched an orphan disease therapy for patients with cystinosis. He also has held senior leadership positions at XOMA, Questcor Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals), and Parke-Davis Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Pfizer, Inc.). Since joining the biopharma industry in 1989, he has led more than ten product launches or re-branding of therapies, ranging from tens of millions up to billions of dollars in annual sales (Lipitor, Neurontin). Besides serving on the board for Artemis, he currently also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for AltiBio. Mr. Reichenberger earned his BS in Biology, at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and his MBA from Pepperdine University, where he graduated with honors.

Samantha Castrejón
completed her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at San Diego State University in 2018. Her areas of interest include virology and sexually transmitted infections. She completed a one year internship at the County of San Diego HIV, STD, & Hepatitis Branch, where she was involved in analytics and data summarization. Before that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from California State University, Long Beach.
